Student SCHOLARSHIPS, 2026

For 2026, Four (4) Mesa Public Schools high school seniors were awarded Student Community Service Awards with $2,500 scholarships from the Mesa Citizen of the Year Association.

To continue to present these Student Community Service Awards, we need your help: Please consider donating to the Scholarship Fund, so that we can continue to recognize our High School Seniors who’ve stepped forward to serve the next generations in Mesa.

ABOUT - MESA CITIZEN OF THE YEAR ASSOCIATION

The prestigious Mesa Citizen of the Year award recognizes and honors exceptional volunteers who have demonstrated significant long-term commitment and accomplishment through a broad-range of volunteerism enhancing the community by their service and excellence of leadership.

The Mesa Citizen of the Year Award was founded in 1935 by Charles and Florence Mitten, the owners of the Mesa Tribune.
